Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with RingDesk AI. If you are not, we have a straightforward, no-nonsense refund policy. We would rather earn your trust than keep money you feel you didn’t get value from.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid RingDesk AI plan and the Service does not work as described — calls are not answered, bookings are not made, or the AI does not function as advertised — you may request a full refund of your first month’s payment within 30 days of your first charge.
To claim this guarantee, email support@ringdesk.net with the subject line “Refund Request — [your account email]” within 30 days of your charge. We will process your refund within 5 business days. No documentation required — just tell us what went wrong so we can fix it for others.
2. Free Trial
RingDesk AI offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged unless you actively add a payment method and your trial converts to a paid plan. If you do not wish to be charged, simply cancel your account before the trial ends — no action required if you never added a payment method.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the Service until that date.
We do not offer partial-month refunds for cancellations. If you cancel mid-month, your plan remains active until the billing period ends and no further charges are made.
4. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for 12 months at the discounted rate. If you cancel an annual plan:
- Within the first 30 days: you are eligible for the full 30-day money-back guarantee.
- After 30 days: we will issue a pro-rated credit for unused whole months remaining, applied to your account balance for future use. Cash refunds on annual plans after 30 days are not available except where required by applicable consumer law.
5. Service Outages and Credits
If RingDesk AI experiences unplanned downtime exceeding our SLA targets (99.9% monthly uptime), we will automatically apply a service credit to your next invoice. Credits are calculated as follows:
- 99.0% – 99.8% uptime: 10% monthly fee credit
- 95.0% – 98.9% uptime: 25% monthly fee credit
- Below 95.0% uptime: 50% monthly fee credit
Service credits are your sole remedy for downtime under our standard plans. Enterprise SLAs may specify different remedies.
6. Disputed Charges
Before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer, please email us at support@ringdesk.net. We resolve billing issues quickly and directly. Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to subscribe in future.
7. Eligibility Restrictions
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies once per customer. It does not apply to:
- Accounts that violated our Usage Policy
- Accounts that were suspended for non-payment
- Additional paid add-ons purchased separately from the base subscription
- Enterprise plans (governed by separate contract terms)
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU Consumer Rights Directive, or Australian Consumer Law). If you are unsure of your rights, contact your local consumer protection authority.
9. How to Request a Refund
Email support@ringdesk.net with:
- Subject: “Refund Request — [your account email]”
- Brief description of the issue (optional but helpful)
We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
